How to Apply Wall Putty (Screeding bond)

Mix putty powder with clean water to a lump-free, creamy consistency.
Dampen the plaster wall. Apply the first coat using a screeding blade.
Apply a second coat after 4 hours. Once dry, sand gently with fine sandpaper.
